DELIVERABLE DETAILS

File package: Editable AutoCAD .dwg / .dxf, plus PDF and a .ctb plot style.
Drawing types: Floor Plans and Reflected Ceiling Plans, selected to match the agreed scope.
Drawing standard: As-built 2D CAD geometry to LOD 200, with layers mapped to AIA NCS V7 and ISO 13567.
Accuracy: Scan-derived measured accuracy of ±10–20 mm (LOA 20); independent field verification is recommended before construction, permitting, or as-built reliance.
Obstructions: Obstructed, inaccessible, or uncaptured geometry may be inferred and is flagged in General Notes so measured and inferred work are distinguishable.
Scan reference: Each drawing includes an orthographic point-cloud reference view from the matching angle for checking against the scan.
Units & layers: Imperial defaults to NCS V7 naming; metric uses ISO 13567. The selected unit system also drives number formats and sheet sizes.
Scope limits: Does not include MEP engineering design, concealed services, or structural and load calculations.

PROJECT PLANNING NOTE

We confirm the selected drawing types, units, and recipient workflow before capture. If scan quality does not meet the agreed drawing conditions, we will discuss it before producing the drawing package.
